      <image:title>About - Christine Walter</image:title>
<image:caption>M.Ed., CCC, RP Hello! I’m Christine. As a therapist, I am very down-to-earth, and my approach collaborative, compassionate, empathic, inclusive, and non-judgmental. I strive to help you identify what is important to you, to work with you in finding ways to help you move towards the life you aspire to. Together we figure out what goals you have in mind and what you are looking for out of therapy, and revisit these along the way. As we change, sometimes our goals and dreams evolve, which means we may need to as well. And whether you are coming in with set goals or are not quite sure where to begin, I will provide a warm and open environment for you to explore, process, and grow. Our sessions will be an opportunity to slow down and start the process of untangling thoughts, emotions, behavioural patterns, and ways of relating to self and others. I have experience working with issues, though not limited to, such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, abuse, loneliness, loss, relationship and family related issues, emotional regulation, low self-esteem, identity, work-related stress and burnout, and life transitions.</image:caption>
